Businesses send thousands of emails daily, but most emails lack consistent branding. Teams use different signatures, outdated banners, or miss legal disclaimers. Admins struggle to manage changes across users, teams, and departments. This results in weak brand presence, compliance risks, and missed marketing opportunities inside everyday communication.
The Problem
Create a simple admin platform that helps businesses manage email signatures, marketing banners, and disclaimers from one place—while keeping branding consistent across all users. Also create a marketing website for the platform

Our Approach
We focused on clarity, control, and ease of use. First, we mapped admin workflows to understand how signatures are applied across teams. Then we designed a step-by-step setup flow for signatures, campaigns, and disclaimers. The interface was kept minimal so non-technical admins could make updates quickly without errors or confusion.
