Vaktr offers a futuristic solution where businesses can hire AI assistants as part of their workforce. However, the concept of agentic AI was complex and unfamiliar for many users. The existing challenge was to explain what AI assistants are, how they work, and how teams can use them — without overwhelming users with technical language. If users didn’t understand the value quickly, they would drop off before exploring the platform further.
The Problem
The goal was to design a homepage and platform experience that explains the AI workforce concept clearly, builds trust, and helps businesses quickly understand how AI assistants can fit into their daily work.

Research & discovery: Understanding user fears, expectations, and familiarity with AI tools.
Experience strategy: Breaking the complex idea into small, simple steps and stories.
Design & validation: Creating clean layouts, custom illustrations, and clear flows that guide users naturally through the platform.
Every design decision aimed to reduce confusion and increase confidence.
