The existing GetPaisa app supported loan applications but lacked clarity and guidance. Users struggled to understand loan terms, KYC requirements, and repayment details due to text-heavy screens and unclear flows. Critical steps like KYC, CIBIL checks, and repayments felt complex and intimidating, leading to confusion and potential drop-offs. From a business perspective, this impacted user trust, completion rates, and overall experience consistency.

The goal was to simplify the loan journey, improve user understanding, and build trust at every step—from application and verification to repayment—while maintaining compliance and supporting business requirements.

Our Approach
We approached the project with a clarity-first mindset. We began by understanding the NBFC loan process and identifying user pain points across the existing app. The experience was restructured into clear, step-by-step flows, reducing cognitive load at critical stages like loan terms, KYC, and repayments. Content was rewritten in simple language, and complex information was broken into digestible sections. The final UI focused on guided interactions, strong visual hierarchy, and consistent feedback to help users move forward with confidence.
